Rick Szczebak’s legal career includes his work in a large corporate firm and for a small boutique law firm, a major insurance carrier, and a national employee benefit outsourcing vendor. Additionally, he worked as a government regulator in Massachusetts as special legal advisor to the MA Health Connector Authority, an independent state agency established under Massachusetts’ landmark health reform legislation (later used as the template for the federal Affordable Care Act of 2010). His experience provides a broad spectrum of knowledge and singular insight to each client’s legal concerns.
